maintain its stability.<strong>&nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n<h4><strong>What will be patients complaints?<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p>Cervical facet joint arthropathy or osteoarthrirtis&nbsp; are degenerative conditions occurring due to ageing or trauma(whiplash injury). The patients will present with pain and stiffness in neck, limited mobility of neck movements, headaches.<strong>&nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n<h4><strong>How is the procedure done?<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p>The procedure is done in operation theatre under local anesthesia. The patient lies on his stomach and the point of maximum tenderness is checked with fluoroscopic machine to identify the joint involved. After the identification of joint, small needle is passed into the joint and medications are given. This will relieve the patient&rsquo;s pain.<strong>&nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n<h4><strong>How long the procedure will take?<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p>This procedure is done under day care.
